Projector and screen, or a large television?
Both can look superb. Which one suits you comes down mostly to how much light your room gets — and that is the part people are rarely told before they buy.
Projection
Epson · Da-Lite
Nothing matches the scale of a properly set up projector and screen. A 100-inch-plus image changes how a film feels in a way a television simply cannot.
Best for: dedicated theater rooms, basements, and any space where you can control the light.
Large-format television
Samsung · LG · Sony
Today's OLED and QLED panels are brilliantly bright, hold their color in daylight, and install cleanly into cabinetry or over a fireplace without a screen or throw distance to plan around.
Best for: living rooms, family rooms, and any space with windows you actually want to use.

Control & Automation
One system. One way to run it.
We build on Nice ELAN — our primary control platform — and also work in RTi. Both are designed for genuine whole-house control rather than a collection of smart gadgets that each want their own app. Theater, lighting scenes, motorized shades, climate, cameras and door locks all respond to the same remote, keypad or phone.
The result is a house that behaves predictably: one button to start a movie, one to close the house down for the night, and a system that keeps working when the Wi-Fi hiccups.

Building or renovating? We work with your trades.
AV is far easier and far less expensive to get right before the walls close. For substantial remodels and new construction we coordinate directly with your builder — and if you don't have one yet, we can refer you to contractors and finish trades we have worked alongside for years in the Hudson Valley.
Early-stage planning
We join the conversation at the drawing stage so wiring, speaker placement, rack location and screen walls are designed in rather than worked around.
Trusted referrals
Contractors, carpenters and finish trades we have worked with on real projects — people we are comfortable putting in front of our own clients.
Coordinated install
We schedule our rough-in and final trim around the build so nothing gets cut into finished work and nobody is waiting on anybody.

Seating, screen size, speaker placement, control and wiring mapped out and quoted before anything is ordered.

Installation
Clean work by our own installers — proper cable management, calibration, and control programming that is finished, not almost finished.

Support
We are local and we stay reachable. Adjustments, additions and help when something needs attention.
