The Atlas Magnum is built around a quartet of KT120 output tubes — one of the most robust and linear output tubes available — operating in an ultralinear push-pull configuration. The v3 designation reflects the latest iteration of the circuit, featuring improved output transformers, upgraded internal wiring and coupling capacitors, and refined bias circuitry for greater reliability and sonic performance. A switchable triode/ultralinear mode allows tailoring of the amplifier’s character: ultralinear for maximum power and grip, triode for a more intimate and harmonically rich presentation. The Atlas Magnum v3 is a versatile, powerful, and rewarding amplifier that will drive a wide range of loudspeakers with authority and musicality.
