Description
The Planar 8 uses a skeletal Tancast 8 foam core plinth with phenolic double braces, keeping mass low and rigidity high. A three piece laminated glass platter and the RB880 tonearm sit on top, driven by a 24V motor controlled by the included Neo MK2 power supply. It is offered without a cartridge or with a factory fitted Nd7, Nd9, Ania Pro or Apheta 3.
